Resolved

The entire XRP Ledger stopped making forward progress at ledger #67457277. The validation quorum could not be met because of a large number of validators no longer proposing.

No funds have been lost, transactions simply weren't included in new ledgers. This is a condition that must be prevented from happening again. A significant amount of independent XRP Ledger infrastructure operators and developers are currently investigating to see what caused the issue, and how we can prevent this from happening again.

Please note that this did not only affected XUMM: it affected the entire XRP Ledger.
