Incident Report for XRPL Labs, XUMM

Resolved

Due to a DNS resolving issue the XUMM websocket service malfunctioned. We have reconfigured our platform to move from Google DNS to Cloudflare DNS, after which the services recovered.

As a result of this problem sign requests would fail to update when opened / signed in XUMM, as the platform sending the sign request / sign in request would not receive live updates from the XUMM platform.
